The CancerFree KIDS 100 Mile Challenge is a 30-day fitness and fundraising challenge in the month of September to honor Childhood Cancer Awareness Month. Conquer the Challenge by completing 100 miles in September and raising funds for CancerFree KIDS to fund life-saving childhood cancer research.

The 2024 100 Mile Challenge raised $425,000, with participants completing 148,298 miles!
Three teams won the 100 Mile Challenge, DBL Law, Approach Marketing, and Team Universe Louie. These teams had 3 Research Grants named in their honor, funding research on osteosarcoma, nervous system sarcoma, and diffuse midline glioma.
